  • R. v. D. B.

    Client was charged with Robbery with Firearm, Weapons Dangerous, Possession of Firearm with Ammunition, and the like. Prior to trial, Mr. Stubbs negotiated a withdrawal of all charges.

  • R. v. T. T-M.

    Client was charged with two counts of Robbery and Discharge Firearm. This matter involved allegations of a robbery where Client was accused of shooting one of the complainants. Client was positively identified by both complainants in this case. Following a week long trial, Client was found not guilty of all charges.

    Client was charged with Trafficking, Schedule 1, in Toronto, Ontario. After conducting a multiple day Preliminary Inquiry, Client was discharged on all charges.

  • R.v. S. J.

    Client was charged with Sexual Assault and Forcible Confinement. Matter involved allegations of a counselor assaulting his patient. Following 3 days of trial, client was found not guilty of all charges.

  • R. v. K. B.

    Client was charged with First Degree Murder. After a lengthy jury trial in the Superior Court of Ontario, Client was found not guilty.

  • R. v. J. S. (Project RX)

    This case involved a massive gang project in which Client was charged with Possession of a Prohibited Firearm and Possession for the Purpose, Schedule 1. After 14 days of Preliminary Inquiry, Client resolved in the Superior Court of Ontario to one count of simple possession, Schedule 1, for a nominal fine.  All other counts were discharged or withdrawn.

  • R. v. J.T.

    Client was charged with five counts of Robbery and 3 counts of Use Imitation Firearm. Following a lengthy Preliminary Inquiry and prior to a Superior Court of Ontario trial, all charges with discharged or withdrawn.

  • R. v.  J.B.

    The client was charged with Assault Bodily Harm, Assault with a Weapon and Possession Prohibited Weapon. After a multiple day trial, the client was acquitted of all charges.

    The client was charged with Robbery and Wear Disguise with Intent. Mr. Stubbs negotiated a withdrawal of all charges prior to trial.
